3 Kinds of Sentences
- LEVEL A. Simple Sentences have 1 independent clause and no subordinate clauses. The independent clause can have compound subjects and/or compound verbs.
Level AA. Compound Sentences have 2 or more independent clauses and no subordinate clauses.
- LEVEL B. Complex Sentences have 1 independent clause and at least 1 subordinate clause.
Level BB. Compound-Complex Sentences have 2 or more independent clauses and at least 1 subordinate clause.
